We were founded with a simple mission: to take one of the least-loved chores pet poop cleanup off the plates of pet owners. Enjoy your Yard

Do I have to be home during the service?

No, being at home is not necessary! As long as we can access your yard, we can finish the service. For your convenience, we will send you a text notification when we are on our way, so you will always know when to anticipate our arrival. We will also provide a photo of the closed gate upon our departure.

Does Pick a Poo clean up the entire yard?

Yes, that's what we do, we'll scoop any area of your house that has pet waste issues.

Will my pets be safe?

Ensuring the safety of your pets is our top concern. We make sure that our employees are vetted and background checked. We provide a reminder the day prior to your service and will send a text message when on our way with a estimated time of arrival. Once the job is completed, we will secure your gate and take a picture. Our team sanitizes equipment after each yard visit to avoid cross-contamination. We are also going to notify you with any irregularities with your pet's poop that may indicate health concerns.

What areas do you serve for pet poop removal?

We serve Burke, Fairfax, Fairfax Station, Springfield and Clifton.

How can I recognize you when you get here?

We will arrive in a Pick a Poo clearly marked vehicle and our technicians arrive in identifiable uniforms with our logo.

Do I have to sign a contract for poop scooping services?

No contracts required! You may begin, pause or discontinue your subscription at any time by adjusting your customer portal or contacting us.
